Develop a detailed wedding day time line
Re-examine and confirm all vendor agreements and contracts
Arrange orders for wedding supplies and products, to include,(but not limited to) accessories,
programs, invitations etc
Organize wedding and reception decor, as requested
Provide professional vendor referrals
Provide Information as to Obtaining the Marriage License
Assist with hotel accommodations for out of town guests
Assist with Planned Activities and Suggested Activities for Out-Of-Town Guests
Contract and coordinate transportation for you and your guests as requested
Do final walk through of ceremony and reception site(s)
Set up,Orchestrate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Give individual instructions to: your Made of Honor, Best Man Bridesmaids, Ushers, Flower Girls, Ring
Bearers, Bride/Groom’s
Mother & Father, Stepparents Parents
Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so that you can relax and enjoy the loving memories
