Coordinate a schedule of events for the wedding day
Create a detailed time line of the day
Do final walk through of ceremony and reception site
Review all vendor agreements and contracts and re-confirm all vendor contracts, services
ordered and delivery times one to two weeks prior to your ceremony and reception
Give individual instructions to: your Made of Honor, Best Man Bridesmaids, Ushers, Flower
Girls, Ring Bearers, Bride/Groom Mother & Father, Stepparents Parents
